Automated Floodwash Systems

An Automated Floodwash System will help you to streamline tasks and save time, water and cost through using valuable resources which can be harvested through normal dairy operations throughout the day.

Floodwash Tanks and Valves

Order your brand new Polyethylene Floodwash Tanks built to Australian Standard AS/NZS 4766 through us today.

We offer different sizes including 18500L and 27000L tanks with heights up to 6.5m tall, offering a significant advantage for head heights and floodwashing efficiencies.

We also supply and install a range of pneumatic and manual operation valve sizes which we can size specifically to suit your application for the most efficient and best quality wash to save you time and money.

Solids Trap Design and Consultation

A professionally designed Solids Trap can save you valuable time and increase the quality of effluent recycled through your system.

We will specifically design the correctly sized solids trap to meet your cleaning frequencies and efficiencies based on your farm schedule and herd sizes. Our Solids Traps are designed with safety in mind and you will experience easier cleaning from the safety of your front end loader with a specifically engineered ramp which meets slope standards and requirements.
